Step 1:
On the computer interface, click on the network connection icon on the Taskbar and select Open Network and Sharing Center .
Step 2:
Then display the Network status interface in Windows Settings. Scroll down and click on Network and Sharing Center .

Both IPv4 and IPv6 are enabled by standard on Windows 7. Whether changing DNS settings is worth it depends largely on your router, which should provide the necessary support.
