Step 2: Then, click on the Reference tab , select Mail Merge.
Step 3: Immediately open the Mailings tab , click the Open Data Source option.
Step 4: The Select Data Source window appears, open the file containing the meeting list (List-list-hop.xls), and then click Open.
Step 5: Put the cursor in the field you want to insert information, then click Insert Merge Field under the Mailings tab . When a dialog box appears, double-click the information field to be inserted (Here we select the Parent Name field ), and then click Insert> Close . Step 4: After the insert is complete, click on the View Merged Data icon to check the inserted data. You can use the First Record, Previous Record buttons on the toolbar to view the merged data one by one.
