How to play QuizUp on iPhone and iPad

Install the game:

To access the game settings ( Settings ), navigate to the QuizUp tab by clicking the big QuizUp logo in the middle of the bottom bar. At the QuizUp Tab tab, click the gear icon in the top left corner. At this point, you have access to game settings.

In the settings section, you'll see app, account and other settings, where you can customize:

Language.
Sound effects, in-game music, vibration effects.
Push Notifications: change notification type, chat notification, friend notification, Like notification and comment.
Edit profile.
Change password if you sign up for an account by Email.
Privacy settings: profile, do not allow discover when user searches, shake to send feedback.
Information about the game and sign out of your account.

How to change your avatar and wallpaper:

If you get bored with avatars and wallpapers on QuizUp, change them with a few simple steps:

When you open the QuizUp tab, scroll to the center position in the QuizUp bar to see the settings in the left corner.
Press the setup option in the upper left corner of the screen.
In the settings section, select the option to edit the profile ( Edit Profile ).
Tap the avatar or wallpaper you want to change.
You can take new pictures with the in-game camera or import photos from the Photos library.
Click Save in the top right corner of the screen to save.

To turn on and off notifications:

QuizUp players can customize how they receive game notifications. When you open the QuizUp tab, scroll to the center of the bar to find a setup option in the upper left corner of the screen.
Press setup option in the upper left corner.
In the settings section, find push notification options.
Here you can enable or disable notifications. You can individually choose which push notifications you want to receive. Leave the message on the ON button if you want to receive a new notification or turn it OFF so that the message will not appear.

Players can receive push notifications when activities take place: upon receiving an invitation to challenge, a new conversation, a follower invites, a follow-up request or an acceptance, when a player likes or comments Comment on what you share.

How to unfollow or block a player:

If you want to remove a friend from your friends list, access their profile by clicking on the profile picture and selecting the Unfollow button . When you unfollow someone, they will no longer appear on your friends list.

If you want to block someone so they can no longer contact you, please block this user with the Block button . At this point, they cannot send you messages or challenge invitations to you nor do you see them appear anywhere in the game.

How to delete a personal account:

Sign in to your personal account on the QuizUp website.
Open your settings by clicking the arrow next to your profile picture and accessing Edit Profile.
Select Deactivate Account then choose Delete Forever to permanently delete this account.

Note: when you completely remove your account from the QuizUp game, you will lose all stats, data, achievements, chat history, and gameplay data. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

How to play the game QuizUp:

In QuizUp, it's easy to game against a random opponent anywhere in the world and in real time. To do this, first select a theme, scroll to the themes page and press Play .

You will then be paired with a random QuizUp player who also chooses the same topic as you and at the same time. It will take you a few seconds to be paired up at random and ready for this online player confrontation.

How to challenge friends:

You can invite your friends to play QuizUp games. These are the Facebook friends or players you follow. This way of playing will be either online or offline depending on the usage status of the opponent. If they are offline, you can play the game through rounds and see your score, when the other friend is online, they will finish their game and get the final score. If they were online then the confrontation would be similar to random themed match play.

Players will receive a notification when their friend completes the challenge, then see the match results right in the notification bar.

There are a few ways to challenge friends:

Go to their profile then hit Play and choose a specific playing theme.
Choose any topic, press Play and choose your opponent.
Press Play on any feed or a topic feed, select the topic of play or opponent.
