How to fix error 2028 on Zalo
Step 1: From the main interface of Zalo on your phone, select Add (the three dots icon), then touch Settings (cogwheel) in the upper right corner of the screen. Continue to Account Management.
Step 2: Select Change password , then enter the old password exactly and create a new password below and Update.
Select Show for the characters to appear, helping to enter the password more accurately
After doing this, you log out of your account on your phone and log back into Zalo on your computer with a new password.
