Customize the Chrome interface to your liking

With a few small steps , you can easily customize the Chrome interface on your computer as you like without having to install any software.

This is essentially a hidden feature already available on Chrome, but for some reason the developer does not publicly display and publicly recommend it like other features. Therefore, to be able to customize your Chrome, you can follow and follow the instructions of Download.com.vn .

How to customize the Chrome interface to your liking

Step 1: You start the Chrome browser on your computer, then enter the command " Chrome: // flags " into the address bar and press the Enter key .

Step 2: The new interface appears as below, you continue to enter the keyword " NTP " in the search bar to find some hidden feature keys and activate it.

The two feature keys we need to find and use here are the " Chrome Colors menu " and " NTP customization menu version 2 ".

Step 3: You click on their current mode ( Default ) and then switch both items to enable ( Enabled ) and restart your browser by left clicking on the Relaunch Now button below, right hand screen.

ATTENTION:

• You can switch both modes to Enabled and reboot. However, remember to save your current session first. 

Step 4: After restarting, open a new tab on this web browser to see the changes. Specifically, a pencil icon -  Customize this page appears immediately below, right corner of the screen as below. 

Step 5: Left click on the icon to open details of usable features, including: 

• Background - The background image
• Shortcuts - Access shortcuts 
• Color and theme - Background color and color of Chrome tabs

With the first option, Background, we are also provided with many different themes: 

• Textures
• Life
• Earth
• Art
• Seascapes
• ...

Just select a theme you want to use, we will be provided with many different wallpapers of that theme. Just left click on the background image to use, you will see it is immediately replaced with the current wallpaper, click Done to confirm and exit.

Another small suggestion for those who are curious, is at the bottom, the left corner of the screen is the name of the photo as well as the author. You can left click here to see the photo details.

Step 6: If you do not want to use the available images, you can select the left mouse button Upload from device to get the photos available in your computer as a background for your Chrome browser. 

When you click on it, a Windows window will appear, you just need to find the location to save the image to use, left-click on it and select Open is okay.

Step 7: With Shortcuts , you can optionally create shortcuts (which are dots, representing a website address) for faster and more convenient access. We are also provided with two options for creating access shortcuts: 

• My shortcuts : Create icons, "shortcuts" to your liking (can include websites that are seldom used, but the operation takes a long time and takes effort)
• Most visited sites : Made to serve your habits and tasks (usually the pages you visit most)

We can delete these shortcut icons, add more or even hide them nicely by sliding the circle button in the Hide shortcuts section to the right and clicking Done . 

You will find our wallpaper is much more beautiful and streamlined. If desired, do the same to bring them back up. 

Step 8: Color and theme is also a pretty good option, allowing users to change Chrome color (without affecting the background) with just one mouse click. 

With the color options given below, just left click to try the color

then select Done to apply yourself a color scheme most appropriate. 

This is one of the cool and interesting hidden features that you should use. It is not difficult, nor does it affect the performance of Chrome, but can bring us relaxing moments right on the computer screen.
