WebTech360 – This is an extremely interesting and useful feature for those of you who use Android phones because it is built into your phone. If you use old versions of Android, you can download it from Google Play. With the new feature of Google Lens, now you will no longer have to spend time retyping what you have taken notes or retyping important documents on paper.
Google Lens is a tool to find information through photos taken on users' smartphones, has been available on almost all current and upcoming Android device lines and may soon be released on the iOS platform. In addition, Google Lens also has the ability to translate text at a basic level, although it is still a bit "young" like Google translate. However, the application of Google Lens does not stop there. Recently, Google has upgraded a feature that allows users to copy text on paper and paste it into software on the computer in a blink of an eye.
In other words, you will not need to spend time typing back what you have taken or important documents on paper anymore. Now, just hold up your smartphone and take a photo and then perform a few small operations that only take about 10 seconds of your time, the rest is taken care of by Google Lens.
In this article, WebTech360 will show you how to quickly copy text on paper to your computer
Step 1. Download Google Lens from the Google Play Store and start the application to prepare to use.
Step 2. Use Google lens to capture the text on your paper. If it is handwriting, it is recommended that you write it a bit clearly so that Google Lens can recognize the words more accurately.
Step 3. Next, touch the text and adjust 2 cursors to limit the paragraph you want to copy. And even this piece of text written in Vietnamese does not matter. Right after that, the application will display a notification window and allow you to copy the text on the paper to the computer by clicking "Copy to computer".
Note : Your computer must be logged in with the Email that you have logged in on your mobile phone.
Once selected, your computer will display a message saying this text has been copied to the clipboard, ready for you to use.
Note : when you get to this step, you absolutely must not copy anything else, because it will overwrite the data on the text you just sent from Google Lens to your computer.
Step 4 . Now you can open any other software on your computer and paste this text in, then sit down to check for typos and correct it.
Here I use Microsoft Word, but you can also use it in other chat applications like messenger or comment boxes on forums or social networks.
So you can copy documents on paper to computer quickly and easily. Hope to help you improve your work efficiency. Good luck!
