Vietcombank Internet Banking is an online banking service of Vietcombank. To make online money transfer, as well as many other utility services, you need to register for Vietcombank Internet Banking or some other ways such as Vietcombank eBanking, VCB-iB @ nking.

How to register for Vietcombank Internet Banking

If you are using Vietcombank but have not registered Internet Banking service, you can go to any Vietcombank transaction office to register or call 1900 54 54 13 if you need more information. Having never used Vietcombank, when registering an account, remember to select additional Internet Banking services.

Note: Need to bring ID / CCCD / Passport to the counter.

Once completed the account will be sent to your email in 24 hours.

Instruction for using Vietcombank Internet Banking

Log in to VCB-iB @ nking service

First, visit Vietcombank 's website to log in your account. Here, enter the following information in the form:

• Username: Provided by Vietcombank when customers register for VCB-iB @ nking service.
• Password: The first login is sent to the customer's email.
• Verification code: Displayed on the right hand side of the box "Enter the security code".

Then, press the Login button to access to use VCB-iB @ nking service.

Change login password

If you use this service for the first time, the system will display the password change screen, enter the first password, new password and retype the new password. Then click Confirm to finish.

Install OTP receiving method

After changing password, register OTP method to register the phone number using OTP receiver. Click on my VCB-iB @ nking , select Install OTP receiving method . Then, choose OTP method to authenticate the transaction:

• Smart OTP: Log in the Vietcombank Smart OTP application (VCB OTP) on mobile phones (Download Vietcombank Smart OTP for Android or Vietcombank Smart OTP for iOS ), enter the Transaction Check Code. Each time transaction is performed, VCB OTP screen displays OTP code.
• Via SMS: The Bank will send OTP Code via SMS to customers at the phone number registered to receive OTP.
• Using EMV card: Using the EMV card reader provided by Vietcombank and Vietcombank card, enter the transaction checking code. Each time the card reader is displayed, the device will display an OTP code.

Check the box I have read, understood, agree and agree to abide by the terms .... and click the Confirm button to complete the installation.

Register transfer limit

When registering OTP method, customers can choose the maximum transfer limit for transactions. Just click on my VCB-iB @ nking , select Set a transfer limit . Then, choose the maximum daily transfer limit on VCB-iB @ nking, select the method to receive OTP code to authenticate the transaction, then press the Confirm button to complete.

Declaring personal information

If you want to change your registered personal information, click on my VCB-iB @ nking , select Personal information . Here, you can change the information you want, and you can set the language you want to use on VCB-iB @ nking. When finished press the Save information button .

Transfer money inside and outside the system

In the main interface, select the Transfer . Here, there are 3 forms of money transfer for you to choose:

• Transfer money to beneficiaries at Vietcombank.
• Transfer money to beneficiary at other bank.
• Charitable money transfer.

Then follow the onscreen instructions.

Payment of service invoices

Vietcombank electronic banking allows customers to pay telecommunication bills, electricity bills, tuition, air tickets, train tickets, travel, hotels, insurance fees ... Just click on the Payment , select Payment invoice to make the transaction.

Open an online savings account

VCB-iB @ nking offers convenient opening of online savings accounts, just click on Online savings , select Open savings accounts . Then, the system will ask you to enter transaction information as shown below. In addition, you can also deposit additional money into a savings account, Close a savings account, withdraw money from a savings account on the due date.

Subscribe to value-added services

Click on the Add-ons section on the horizontal menu, the system displays the types of transactions for you to choose, such as:

• VCB-Mobile Banking and Mobile BankPlus: Register the service, Lock the service, Re-open the service, Re-grant the service login password, Change the default account number used for the service, Cancel the service.
• Receive active messages (active SMS): Register for the service, Stop the service, Register an account to receive changes in account balance, Register additional accounts to receive changes in account balance.
• VCB-SMS B @ nking: Stop using the service, Change the default account to use the service.
• Card: Unlock the card, Change the card limit, Change the default account to use the card, Register / Cancel card payment on the internet, Lock the card temporarily.
• VCB-Phone B @ nking: Register for the service.
• E-wallet (Momo Wallet): Register the service, Stop the service.

Note: The fee for using VCB-iB @ nking service of Vietcombank is VND 9,900 / month , without any notice when collecting monthly fee because the transaction is under VND 10,000.
