Connecting a TV to a digital receiver has outstanding advantages such as:

Step 1. To be able to use the AVG receiver, you need to insert the decoder card into the slot on the front of the receiver. (Note on slot: DVB-T2)
Note: You must plug in the correct direction as instructed on the card, otherwise the TV will not be able to read.
Step 2: Connect the TV to the AVG receiver
+ Indoor antenna connection: To connect An Vien receiver to the indoor antenna, simply plug the antenna wire into the ANT IN port on the receiver.
HDMI connection: To connect the TV to the receiver's signal, you plug the HDMI cable into the HDMI port on the receiver and on the TV. In this article, WebTech360 works with Samsung smart TV model JU7000, so the HDMI port of the TV will be on the ONE CONNECT MINI device of Samsung TV.
Step 3: After completing the connection steps, you just need to supply power to the receiver by plugging the power cord into the DC IN port and then plugging into the power source.
Unlike some TVs that receive signals and play as soon as you finish connecting the receiver, on Samsung Smart TV you need to select data input, then in the channel list choose the channel you want to watch before you can start watching TV.
In this article, WebTech360 has connected the receiver to the TV at HDMI 4 port. Therefore, you need to select the data input of HDMI 4.

Note:
- If you live in the area with weak reception, you should install an outdoor antenna.
- In addition to the connection ports mentioned above, you can see that the An Vien receiver also has an SPDIF port. This is the port used to connect to the sound bar, whether or not it is. Therefore, you can skip this step if you do not have the need to connect the TV to the sound system.
