Step 1: You access your Gmail account . In the main interface, left-click on the gear icon and select Settings - Settings .
Step 2: Continue to select the Labs tab in the Settings section .
Step 3: Find the section " Canned Responses " and then tick the checkbox Enable . If not found, you can enter the keyword " Canned Responses " in the search box above and then Enter .

Step 4: Wait a minute to Gmail automatically reload, then you can select the item Compose to compose as usual. This is the step we create the sample letter, so you may not need to enter the recipient's name, just compose general content.
Or if you send to a person continuously (payment or periodic reports), you can also fill in the sender's name. After completing the message, select the left mouse button on the arrow icon as shown below.

Step 5: A small options panel appears, select Canned Responses / New canned responses ...
Immediately another window appears and asks you to name this form message. Can be based on the content, the sender or any element you want to name. The purpose is to highlight the content, just look at the name will know the content of the mail is.
After finishing name, select OK to confirm.

Step 6: You can create many other email templates with different content to save and use in each specific case. Later when you want to use will not need to type again, just:
- Left click on the arrow icon .
- Select Canned Responses / New canned responses ...
- Select one of the prepared templates in Insert .
At that time, the corresponding message content will appear for use.
Please pay attention:
- When selecting the created form letter, we use the name in the Insert section , not Save or Delete.
- To delete a created template letter, just go to the same and select the letter name in the Delete section .
