There are 2 cases as follows:

• If the game on Nox is not connected to the network, other games and browsers are normal, then the game may have a server error, the reason for the game is that you only have to wait for the publisher to fix it.
• If on Nox browser and the entire game has no network, it is Nox Player's fault, you can fix it by the following ways.

1. If NoxPlayer is not available and when you check the wifi in the settings, you will not receive any notifications.

Step 1: Go into the emulator, select Settings.

In the Settings panel , turn Wifi off and on a few times to make the IP address reset more stable.

You can check the network speed right on Nox with Speedtest, if you do not have the app, you should test in Nox Player's browser as instructed on the PC.

If the ping you measured on Nox is high, you should follow the above step, but if it doesn't work, you can change the IP by going to Settings> go to Wifi list, press and hold the Wifi name and then will two options are Forget NetWork and Modify network. Click Modify network to make IP changes.

Continue to click on Show advanced options.

Under DHCP option, click on it and select Statics.

At this IP address you just need to change the last number of this IP number range. Then click Save to save the IP address.

Sometimes, after game-updating or some unknown reasons, the emulator will show that can’t connect the network, There are two methods to solve the problem:

First Method:  change the DNS settings i n the emulator

• Click  Tools → Settings
• Click Wifi→ long-press 【 WireSSID 】→ Modify network →Choose  Manual
• Fill the 【 Prosy hostname 】according to your  internet IP address.  Here is a guide to check your internet IP address: click here
• Fil the 【 Proxy port  】as 10809 by default

4. Fill the 【Prosy hostname】according to your internet IP address and fill the 【Proxy port 】as 10809 by default

Second Method:  change the DNS settings (Windows 10) on the computer

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click Network and Internet.
3. Click Network and Sharing Center.
4. On the left pane, click Change adapter settings.
5. Right-click the network interface connected to the internet, then click Properties. Choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
6. Click Properties.
7. Click Use the following DNS server addresses→Click Advanced→Enter the IP address in the DNS server fields.
8. Click OK, then click Close.

1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Click on Network and Internet
   
3. Click on Network and Sharing Center
   
4. Go to Change Adapter Settings.
   
5. You’ll see some network icons here. Select the network you’re currently connected to and right-click on it. Select Properties.
   
6. Click on IPv4 and select Properties.
   
7. If “Obtain DNS server address automatically” is selected, click the radio button next to “Use the following DNS server addresses:”
   
8. Now enter the DNS addresses you want to use.
   
9. Click on Ok and Close.
