The Sky Go app is not officially available for the Amazon Firestick devices. You need to sideload the app using any third-party installers like the Downloader. The app is available for Android devices. Since the Fire OS is very similar to Android OS, you can install most of the Android apps on Firestick with ease.
Whenever you use third-party installers, you need to turn on Apps from Unknown Sources feature. Follow the below steps to turn it on.
(1) Click the Settings icon on the home screen.
(2) Choose My Fire TV or Devices option.

(5) On the Confirmation screen, click the Turn on button.

(4) Click the Download and Install button on the subsequent screens to install the Sky Go app.
(5) After the app is installed, click the Open button to launch the Sky Go app.
(6) Sign in with your Sky account and start watching your favorite titles.
If you have any issues with the above method, you can use this method. This method involves installing ES File Explorer app.
(1) Get back to the Home screen again and select the Search icon.
(2) In the on-screen keyboard, type ES File Explorer in the same way you had done for the Downloader app.
(3) Select the ES File Explorer app from the Apps & Games category.
(4) Click the Download icon or the Get icon to download and install the app.
(5) The installation will be completed in a few minutes.
(6) After the installation is complete, click the Open icon to launch the app.
(7) Now, on the app, click the Downloader icon or use the Tools > Downloader command.
(8) From there, click the + New icon.
(9) The Download pop-up will appear. In the Path field, enter the Sky Go’s download link https://bit.ly/3jbTLGf. In the Name field, enter Sky Go and click the Download Now button.
(10) The apk file will be downloaded.
(11) When the download is completed, click the Open File button.
(12) On the next screen, click the Install button.
(13) Click the Install button again to install the Sky Go app.
(14) The Sky Go app will be installed. Now tap on the Open button to launch the app.
If you don’t want to install the Sky Go app using third-party installers, or if the workaround didn’t work for you, you can use the screen mirror feature on Firestick to mirror contents from an Android/iOS smartphone.
(1) Go to Settings and choose Display & Sounds option.
(2) Go to the Enable Display Mirroring option and tap on it.
(3) Choose the Mirroring option.
(4) Now, you will get a screen similar to the one mentioned below. Take your smartphone and connect to the same WiFi network as your Firestick.
(5) On your smartphone, click the Cast icon. The icon will be available on the Control Centre.
(6) Your Firestick device will be displayed. Tap on it. Now, you will see your smartphone screen mirrored on your Firestick.
(7) Now, open the Sky Go app from your smartphone and stream any video content and It will appear on your Firestick.
As you know, the Sky Go app is only available only in the UK. If you want to use the app outside of the UK, you need to use VPNs with powerful geo-location access.
