How to recover password Zalo fastest

Zalo is one of the most popular OTT (Over-The-Top) messaging and calling applications in Vietnam. It enables users to make friends, socialize, trade, and even advertise. Losing access to your Zalo account due to a forgotten password can be frustrating, but recovering your password is straightforward.

Why You Might Forget Your Zalo Password

  • Changing your phone number and not updating your Zalo account.
  • Using complex passwords that are hard to remember.
  • Not using Zalo for an extended period.

Instructions to Recover Your Zalo Password

  1. Step 1: Open the Zalo app and click on the Forgot Password link located below the phone number and password entry fields.

  2. Step 2: A message will pop up asking you to confirm the phone number for receiving the code.
    • If the phone number is correct, click Confirm.
    • If it’s incorrect, select Change and enter the correct phone number.

    Wait approximately 30 seconds for the system to send the code.

  3. Step 3: After receiving the code, enter it in the Activation interface and click Next. If you don’t receive the code after 30 seconds, click Send activation code again to request a resend.

  4. Step 4: Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to set a new password in the Password Update interface. After creating your new password, click Done to finish.
