One of the standout features of Zalo is the ability to share contacts easily with your friends. Users can introduce their friends without needing to exchange QR codes or phone numbers.

How to Recommend a Contact via Zalo on Mobile

  1. Step 1: Log into your Zalo account, tap on the Contacts icon, and select the person you want to share.
  2. Step 2: Click the three dots icon in the upper right corner.

Sharing Contacts on Zalo for Desktop

If you're using Zalo on PC, here's how to send contacts:

  1. While chatting, click on the Send business card icon.
  2. Send Business Card
  3. Select the corresponding avatar icon of the person you wish to send and choose Send a business card.
  4. Select Friend
  5. The contacts will be sent to the recipient immediately.

Introducing Friends on Zalo

Zalo enables easy introductions among friends across different devices. To introduce friends, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Zalo on the web, navigate to Contacts, and select the person you wish to share.
  2. Click on the three-dot icon, then choose View information.
  3. View Information
  4. Select Share in the information card, choose individuals to send to, and click Share to complete.
  5. Select Share

Note: The contact sharing method differs between mobile and computer interfaces:

  • On Mobile: You select the shared person first, followed by the recipients from your contacts.
  • On Computer/Web: You select the recipients first, then choose the individual to share.

These features make Zalo an excellent tool for efficiently connecting friends without needing personal information like phone numbers.
