Instructions to restore deleted messages on Zalo

Zalo is a widely used free calling and texting application. Amid the convenience it offers, there's a potential risk of accidentally deleting important messages. Fortunately, Zalo provides a way to restore deleted messages directly in the app, but this feature is only available for messages deleted within the last 5 seconds.

Overview of Recovery Steps

Follow these step-by-step instructions to recover your lost chats smoothly:

Step Action
1 Open the Zalo application on your mobile device.
2 In the Chat section, tap on Add in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3 Click on the Settings icon located in the upper right corner.
4 In the Settings, navigate to Messages .
5 Enable the switch in the Restore deleted chat section.
6 Return to the main interface and delete a conversation.
7 When prompted with the message "Deleted chat", click Restore to recover your deleted chat.

Important Notes

  • This restoration feature is only applicable for conversations deleted in the last few seconds.
  • Make sure to enable the restore settings beforehand to ensure recovery is possible.
