Access the conversation you want to use the encryption feature, then click the 3-dot menu button in the upper right corner of the screen -> click End-to-end encryption -> Upgrade End-to-end encryption -> Wait for the friend in the conversation to agree to upgrade Zalo encryption to complete.

To use the encryption feature on Zalo, first go into the conversation you want to use the encryption feature and then click the 3-dot menu button in the upper right corner of the screen.
On the Options screen that appears, click on the End-to-end Encryption button in the middle of the page.
On the Full Message Encryption screen that appears, click the Next button .
To confirm, click on the Upgrade End-to-End Encryption button .
Finally, we will need the friend in the conversation to agree to upgrade Zalo encryption to complete this process. Tap Return to chat and send a message reminding the other person to accept the encryption upgrade.
