How to regain Zalo account when hacked
Step 1: When your Zalo account is hacked, you should delete the old Zalo app, then download the new Zalo to the device. Please select the correct version of the operating system you are using:

Step 2: Open the Zalo application, click on the Password recovery option , and then enter the original registered phone number. After that, wait a moment for the system to return the verification code information. Then, just change the password to make it more powerful including uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
In case the phone number is used by others to register Zalo, just follow the steps above. Next, click on the 3 horizontal dots icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, then click on the gear icon (Settings) , select Accounts and security> Delete account.
Wait within 3 days for the system to officially delete that account. Now, just create a new account using your phone number.
