Baby is not allergic to breast milk, why is fussy and rash?

Many mothers often worry when their children are fussy, irritable, irritable, and rash. I am worried that my baby is allergic to breast milk. Actually, the protein in breast milk is completely unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. But the foods that mothers eat can make babies allergic.

When mothers eat foods, proteins can pass through their intestines into the bloodstream, then into milk. That is the reason why your baby has allergy symptoms.

What to do when my baby is allergic to breast milk protein? 

30 minutes after a mother ate a meal, protein was able to move from the abdomen into the milk. The most common foods infants are allergic to are cow's milk and soy milk. Less common are allergies to eggs, nuts, citrus, wheat and shellfish.

If you suspect a certain food is causing your baby's allergies, use that food for 2-3 weeks to see if your baby's symptoms improve. If your baby's symptoms improve, then this food could be a problem for your baby.

Mom needs to stop eating 2-3 weeks because some proteins can stay in the body for a long time. For example, cow's milk protein can stay in the mother's body for 1-2 weeks. Then it takes 1-2 weeks for the protein to completely leave the baby's body.

Your baby's symptoms will usually start to improve within 5-7 days of eliminating a problem food. However, the baby may not get better if the mother has eaten the food often. Your baby may even have a worse allergic reaction for a week before symptoms start to improve. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the baby to be completely healthy.

One way to confirm if a food is allergic is to eat it again to see if your baby has a similar reaction. The more severe the allergy is, the longer mom should wait before trying again. If the mother eats the food again and the baby has no reaction, it may not be what makes him allergic.

So your baby absolutely cannot have a breast milk allergy. Babies are only allergic to foreign proteins in the foods they eat, so when you have allergy symptoms, you should slowly remove foods that are suspected of causing allergies from the menu.
