From 32 - 36 weeks:
Option 1: Fill in 2 forms of MEDIF I and MEDIF II on Vietnam Airlines website.
Option 2: Within 1 week before flight, you go to prenatal check-up at medical facilities on the list of accepted by Vietnam Airlines. Next, you bring your pregnancy checkbook to the official ticket office of Vietnam Airlines (15B Dinh Tien Hoang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) to receive instructions from the ticket office staff to declare MEDIF 1 form.
From week 36 - 7 days before the expected date of birth: Refuse to carry passengers in this case.
Vietjet Air
Less than 27 weeks: Sign a disclaimer
From 27 - 32 weeks: Sign the written disclaimer and prenatal check 7 days before departure
After 32 weeks: Refuse to ship.
Jetstar Pacific
Less than 28 weeks: Sign a disclaimer
From 28 - 35 weeks: Sign the written disclaimer and prenatal check 10 days before departure
After 35 weeks: Refuse to ship
Bamboo Airways
Under 32 weeks: Certificate of pregnancy within 7 days with determination of gestational age and a signed disclaimer.
From 32 weeks: Refuse to transfer pregnant women with twins.
From 36 weeks: Refusing to transport pregnant women with single pregnancy.
In general, airlines in Vietnam for the safety of pregnant mothers will not transport passengers from 32 weeks onwards. Please note these rules to book tickets for the right mother.
