As parents, everyone wants their children to be happy and healthy. The kids are growing up and enjoying life. I do my best to maintain the health of my children with a healthy lifestyle. There is no set standard in parenting. But with a few tips below, hopefully you feel more confident about your health and family life!

Hand washing

Keeping children's hands clean is my number one priority for the health of the children. Remind your child to wash their hands several times a day to get rid of bacteria that may have been contaminated from somewhere. Always prepare bottles of hand sanitizer for children. All children need to do is wash their hands under running water to prevent any germs from spreading.

Clean the air

Indoor air improvement is important for preventing respiratory infections, especially during the cold season. While we cannot see or control all the toxins in our home, filtering the air in the bedroom is one of the best things we can do to keep babies healthy, help them sleep well. than. An air cleaner will help you with this.

Healthy food

Immune booster snacks are also on the list for healthy kids! Children should eat foods high in vitamin-C. My kids aren't fussy eaters, so apples, cheese, crackers and oranges are their favorite! Prepare your child for a thermos bottle to make sure he or she drinks enough water every day.

Practice sports

When it comes to sports, my child is encouraged to participate in any sport or physical activity they find fun. As for boys, they can play soccer, baseball and basketball throughout the year. For the little girl, dancing and cheering, twice a week get her out of the house and join her friends. According to KidsHealth.org, children who are physically active are motivated to learn, sharp and successful! Exercise also helps children sleep better.

Vitamin Supplement

I try to keep all of my kid-friendly vitamins and supplements in one box for easy access when needed. These dedicated storage boxes will be suitable for moms. If I see the children experiencing fatigue, I will give them a tonic first, such as multivitamins to help them fight off a cold or cough before I can take them to see a doctor.

Periodic health examination

In addition to maintaining health with a healthy lifestyle such as eating clean, drinking clean, exercising, ..., mothers should give their children periodic health checks. Regular checkups can detect pathogens early before they start or at a very early stage, making it easier to treat.
